Prioritizing your safety because you matter
It is important to practice food safety in order to avoid foodborne illnesses, which occurs due to improper handling of food and cross contamination.
At Da King’s Table, Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation are some of the prerequisite programs that forms the foundation of our Food safety plan.
We value the safety of our customers as well as the well-being of our employees, which is why we have detailed food safety programs which includes routine food safety audits of our production kitchens, and mobile kitchens from our safety partners at KenRicana Food Safety Consulting.

Our Grading System
Our sanitation inspection results as shown, are derived based on how well food safety requirements are followed by employees:

Grade A
A food establishment qualifies for an “A” grade if there’s exceptional compliance to all food safety standard during food handling, preparation, and storage.
Having an “A” grade means the mobile kitchen or restaurant has minimal to no food safety violations after thorough inspection from our Food Safety team.
Grade B
A “B” grade means an establishment was observed with an average compliance level to food safety standards.
Any of our mobile kitchens or restaurants which have been assigned a “B” grade after an inspection means minor food safety violations that require immediate corrective actions were observed. Such service station will be re-inspected after a week to ensure improved and consistent compliance to our food safety standards.

Grade C
A “C” grade means less than average compliance to food safety standards were observed. This could lead to a temporary closure of the mobile kitchen, production facility or restaurant, until such time when the violations observed are corrected.
We have developed a food safety culture and program that ensures none of our facilities fall into this audit grading category.
How We Score and Grade
Each week, our inspectors from the Food Safety team, conduct routine inspections of the mobile kitchens, commissary kitchens and restaurants, to monitor and ensure compliance to Da King’s Table food safety standard.
